Kirkwood Drive

Located on Kirkwood, just a few min from the airport.

I’m looking for one more roommate starting Dec. 1. No couples or kids. Six month lease. You’ll get medium sized bedroom (full size bed included) and share a full bathroom with one other person. The kitchen and laundry areas are shared among all three of us.

The house is fully furnished, and kitchen is completely equipped. There is not enough room for someone with a whole house worth of belongings, unfortunately. You’ll have your own fridge and cabinet/food space.

I work a lot and have a small dog and a Sphynx cat. The other roommate also has a small dog. Another small dog or cat might considered, as long as they get along with mine. There is off street parking, a nice back yard area, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, AC and microwave. There are two living rooms so there will usually be a place to relax without anyone else around. There is room to start a garden if you want. Rent is $700 each and includes all utilities, internet, Prime TV, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV, and Peacock. I cover the paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and all the cleaning supplies, minus whatever you want for your bathroom. No background check, but references are required. Deposit is $500. Pet deposit would be $250. No monthly pet rent. I also have a spot for a small RV with electrical and water hookups if anyone is interested.

No murderers, MUST be LGBTQ friendly, have a verifiable job and a working vehicle. We share a few things and are very giving with our stuff, but if you use something up that you didn’t buy, you’ll be expected to replace it or chip in somewhere else.

No smoking or 420 inside. Outside is ok.

I am very clean and quiet. Most nights I’m either watching tv or knitting at home, but I do like to go out on the weekends. I work 2 jobs so I’m not home a ton. I like to hike, read, travel, and check out live music.

Other roommate is 27, genderqueer, and is very quiet, sweet and respectful. They have several pet reptiles that reside in tanks in the entry room. They also have a sweet small dog.
