Looking to make my place available as a sub-lease while I spend time out of state with a family member in critical medical condition. The length of time available is 4-12 months or longer depending on the medical issue out of state. My place is all bills paid including wireless internet, Direct TV, Washer & Dryer at the property. No pets, smoking or vaping in the existing original lease.

The house contains two apartments upstairs with professional tenants. The space is a half-basement unit fully furnished, three windows and beautiful contemporary upgraded interior. Linens & all housewares included like a vacation rental. Parking on street two blocks from N. Carson Street. Sub-lease based on approval from landlords. Rental insurance required.
