Comfortable, modest home 2.5 miles from the village (a flat walk/bike/jog) on quiet street. Empty nester with one cat renting 1 furnished 9’ x 9’ room . Access to laundry, entire house, large sunlit room (7 months), large covered porch extends the summer living area, well maintained blooming gardens, large parking area. Mature single woman looking for roommate, must share housework in shared spaces, quirky respectful boyfriend occassionally comes to visit. May need you to feed cat if I am away. Please note no chemical cleaning products, strong perfumes, candles, air fresheners, etc. can be used here due to smell sensitivies. Moderate drinking allowed, no loud parties or smoking. I am constantly in motion, working, going, doing. I am friendly but I am not looking for a companion as I rarely sit still. I dislike FB and technology, just so you know, but you may enjoy it. No cable at the moment but you may choose to pay for it; wi-fi, heat and electric included.
