I have an open bedroom and bathroom available to rent in my home in Sunshine Meadows. You will have your own private bathroom right next to your bedroom. The washer and dryer are in your bathroom, so that portion will be shared. I also have a kitchen that we will share, but you will have your own fridge to use, located in the garage.

I am looking for $525 a month for the bedroom, bathroom, and fridge plus $100 a month. No smokers or pets please. I am looking for someone steadily employed with good rental references, who will pay their rent on time and will keep their area of the house tidy.

Info about me: I am a male in his late 20s, salesman. I don’t have pets, am pretty quiet and keep to myself. I keep the house tidy and am timely with my bills; I expect the same of you. I don’t party and don’t want to rent to someone who plans to in my home. There will be a rental application to fill out.
