Hi all!. I have a 3 bedroom house on the san jose/Milpitas border. I recently have a spare room available as my roomate has beem relocated to the east coast for work. Its a standard size room 10x12 with a big closet. You have access to the kitchen to do some light/moderate cooking, there is a washer/dryer in the garage, backyard for bbq’n etc. There is plenty of storage space if needed and parking is plentiful. I tend to stay at my gfs at least 3 nights a week so im not home much. I usually work 10 hours a day so sleep is important to. So just please keep it respectful as i would do the same for you. Low key laid back individual Hours are normal daytime schedule and only home about 4 days a week. Looking for someone who is laid back and drama free as that is the personalities who youd be living with!!
