North Street

I live in this North end, Boston apartment and am looking for a female roommate around my age (22) to move in this September 2024! This apartment will stay fully furnished (other than the room for rent and has amenities such as a washer/ dryer, dish washer, oven, fridge, microwave, wifi, heating/ cooling etc; all in unit. The monthly rent is around $3300 total so about $1650 each for this 2 bedroom apartment. The bedroom available for rent is the picture with the red lights. The location of this apartment is pretty close to the waterfront and is close to many restaurants and bars– near Faneuil Hall and Hanover st! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the nearest T-station.

A little about me: I’m a 22 year old student (she/her) and love to go clubbing, shopping exploring the city, hanging with friends and my boyfriend, and having movie nights. I’m clean, respectful of your privacy and need for quiet, and will split responsibilities/ chores around the apartment. I’m graduating from Suffolk University this May 2024 and my hometown is on Martha’s Vineyard. I’d like to be friends with my future roomie & have a space where we both feel comfortable with each other and our environment!
