Room mate recently moved out and looking for someone to move in March 1st. Looking for a single professional (male or female) under the age of 40, must be respectful, and clean. I’m a pretty easy going person, into sports, board games, video games, going out time to time, and building furniture. During the summer I like having people over for fires out back and play back yard games. Looking to find someone I click with and can share the apartment with.

Rent is $850 (Firsts months rent and deposit is required up front) Lease is a month to month INCLUDES: -1 bedroom, with closet space (Queen bed, night stand, and lamp are include if needed). -Shared living space; Kitchen, living room, and bathroom. -Washer and Dryer! -Garage storage. -All utilities. Plus cable and internet! -Drive way parking. -Fire pit out back (big backyard)
