Santa Marta Street

Hello! The property is a big house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The occupants are myself and my boyfriend in the master bedroom, and my sister in one of the other bedrooms. There are two additional rooms available, though we are only renting out one (your choice which one). The other will be a guest bedroom/TV/game room. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is a full bath in the upstairs hallway which will be shared, but only with my sister. There is a half bath downstairs. We have a large kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer in the garage, huge backyard with orange trees, and a spacious but cozy living room with fireplace. You will have access and use of all common areas. We just ask that you’re considerate and respectful of the space.

Safe and responsible use of alcohol and marijuana, in moderate amounts!!, is fine, but no other drugs please.

We have 3 medium to large size dogs. My black lab is very loving and very outgoing (overbearing?) But super cute! And the 2 jindos are also very sweet, but a little more shy. We’d definitely prefer a dog lover.

We can be totally flexible about length of stay/terms, but it would be nice if you wanted to stay awhile. Our current lease goes until March 2020, and we are planning to renew again after that. If you wanted to leave at any point, we would just ask that you give us 30 days notice so we can find someone else.

It’s a really comfortable, relaxed place. We’re friendly, outgoing people. We like to drink socially, though I’d say the frequency of that is decreasing as we get older (mid 30s). It’d be great if you wanted to socialize, join our crew and whatnot, but we certainly won’t mind if you’d rather keep to yourself.
