Montrose home in Post Falls, between Chase and N. McGuire, excellent area, approx.15yrs old, well maintained, small fenced back yard/patio, covered front porch, CLEAN. Available upstairs bedroom has gabled ceilings and an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity for your private use and is off of the upstairs loft which has a mountain view. Loft is unfurnished at this time. There is one other bedroom upstairs which will remain unoccupied. Main floor of house is my office and master suite as well as an open floor plan; living/dining/kitchen and adjacent powder room. Home is nicely furnished and we can share those common areas. Use of washer/dryer included, provide your own laundry products. Kitchen use is negotiable if you are CLEAN and respectful of a nice home; there are two refrigerators, three freezers. WiFi, streaming TV, and all other utilities included. I am a 48 yr old male, gay, separated, have one small dog. Will rent to someone single, 18+ , male or female, LGBTQ/no preference, no pets, no kids, no drugs, non-smoker and tidy to a fault. I am quiet but social, mostly keep to myself. I do not have guests on a regular basis and prefer you don’t either, no overnight guests, ever. Off street parking, private. $550/mo; first, last, $300 deposit due on move-in. Can offer one year minimum commitment. Financial consideration (on rent; deposit will not be waived or discounted) will be granted for positive references and proof of income. Application must verify.
