I am looking for a ROOMMATE for Room with private bath available in west Sunrise area. I’m renting a room inside of my home, it is a spacious 1,636 sqft, 3 beds and 2.5 baths in safe and quiet community.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Clean responsible adults, must clean after yourself, respectful of others space and belongings, non-smoker, no pets, no party people (at least at the home), ages vary, no overnight quests and must be able to pay monthly rent comfortably.

I’m looking for a professional roommate like myself or a student that is mature, responsible, quiet, easy going and respectful. If use drugs or alcohol to get through the day this is not the place for you. If you have drug or alcohol addiction, please keep searching. This is a relaxed, drama free environment!

INCLUDES: water, electric, internet, basic cable, washer and dryer and twice weekly trash pickup. The community has tennis courts and swimming pool.

COMMON AREA: Living room, dining room, backyard and the kitchen area.

Centrally located, 10-25 minutes from anywhere in Broward County. Excellent Restaurants, Supermarkets, Coffee Shops, Beaches, Malls and Parks are a short commute away.

The rent is $800.00 a month with a $300.00 security deposit and a minimum six months lease agreement.
