Hello!

We are two late 20s females looking for third roommate to join our established house (with yard). We both work two jobs and spend the late evening relaxing or sometimes go out with friends. We would like a third roommate who is a kind and creative person, who is financially stable, doesn’t have pets (we already have a cat), and wants to contribute to our drama-free home. We both occasionally drink and smoke.

We are looking for someone who will pay a fixed rate for rent and utilities at $550 a month (this includes electric, gas, internet, water/trash). In addition, we need someone who will pay a $200 refundable deposit after passing a $25 credit application. We are looking for a 6 month contract but are flexible. Room empty now move in date on/around/before March 1st.

The private room (10x10ish ft plus closet) has access to the kitchen, living rooms (with fireplace), and outside. Bathroom is shared with one roommate. Chores are also shared. Grocery shopping is each person’s own responsibility. We have a stove, fridge, microwave, washer / dryer, and oven. Place has room for additional furniture around house. Ample street parking and super close to ASU.

Our interview process looks for references, if you vibe with us, credit of 600+ / background check, and initial payment up front.
