Katahdin Drive

We are looking for a short-term roommate to split our rent with from now until our lease is up on August 31st. We are: engaged to be married in October, proud dog parents, fun (guitar musician and a writer) people who are tired of seeing the second bedroom go to waste. You are: a non-smoker, okay with dogs (bring your own if you have a pup but must be friendly towards other dogs), respectful, gainfully employed, and into fun movies and trying some of our cooking when we find a new recipe we like.

Enjoy the on-site gym, in-unit laundry and dishwasher, summer time pool (perfect timing!), basketball court, patio, and grill. Snow removal and trash and water/sewage is included - utilities are Internet, electricity, and gas. Tons of parking and guest parking available. Oh, and we do have central air conditioning for those unbearable July days. If you want to get outside, the property is within the Katahdin Woods conservation trail, perfect for hiking and exploring. You must have good credit and a clean background check to join the lease through this property’s computerized process but it’s not too painful.

The apartment is 1,100 sq. ft. and is quite roomy. You have a big double door closet, and your own bathroom that is half en-suite (it’s a Jack and Jill with interior locks for privacy). Room is large enough to fit a king size bed and a corner desk, dresser and even a small couch or two sitting chairs. Tons of wall space to hang up art! Our shared spaces are the kitchen and living room which we hope you take advantage of our large TV and large kitchen - plenty of space to go around for even another couple to join!
