Your room is decent size on 2nd floor, with a kitchen to use and 4 bathrooms to use in house total . No deposit is required as long as you agree to give at least 2 weeks notice of leaving. Common courtesy and respect is very important. Call to set up a time to meet with us!! Room is furnished with bed, and tv and dresser. Cubs fan is a plus as the room is decorated that way, we can repaint if you are not a fan no worries!! Must see in person, will not send pics or rent to someone over the phone. No money for you to send must pay cash in person or quickpay with zelle app. I can provide receipts if requested. Rent is month to month no lease required. No credit check but will require a background check. This is not a scam and I will not be scammed. Located in Joliet/Plainfield area in a brand new subdivision.
