I am 29, looking for a female roommate around the same age (25-35) to move in May 1st! Looking for someone who is easy going, drama free, and friendly! I live at the South Pointe Apartments in Costa Mesa - right by the Lab, the Camp, short drive to South Coast Plaza and other shopping as well as the freeway! I am female, work full-time in Irvine. I’m responsible, respectful, and easy-going. Not looking for any partiers - I don’t mind if you like to go out and party but please don’t bring the party here. Also note the photos, some of the decor will be leaving with my roommate!

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR No pets, please! Cleans up after themselves if using common areas such as the living room/ kitchen and follows common area rules. Respects sleeping hours!

ADDITIONAL Not a party house. Sorry! I would just like a relaxing, work-friendly place to come home to No couples Non-smoker. Not a heavy drinker. No drugs and no former drug addicts or alcoholics.

COST Deposit along with first month’s rent The rent is $1100/month, not including utilities (these vary by month) and the rent may go up a little with the new lease There is a small application fee
