I currently have a furnished room available for rent in a 4 bedroom house, $675/mo includes utilities and WiFi. Shared bathroom with one other person. I have two refrigerators so you’ll only be sharing a frig with one other person as well. It is conveniently located off of Battlefield Blvd. with Walmart, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Greenbriar Mall and Chesapeake General Hospital all within a 5 minute drive. I’m seeking a renter who is respectful, clean, considerate and is a working professional; working professional means you are actually going out and working a job and not just collecting a check. All of the current tenants are male but the last two tenants to move out were both female, so just letting you girls know that they are respectful. One of the tenants smokes but there is no smoking in the house.
