This is a great location, near fun food scene, easily accessible to CTA and bus, grocery stores. There are parking options to rent from other buildings on the street or there is street parking. Laundry unit is free and downstairs. There is a back area that we all share, grill and table and chairs. Very nice during the spring/summer time. Cable/internet/electricity included in rent.
