About the room
My Grandfather built this house and more than a few others in this neighborhood in the years following WWII. It is currently just me living here. I don’t want any dogs or maybe a cat if it is 100% house trained. Otherwise a dog outside would be fine. I don’t want much traffic and I will probably seem a bit nosy for the first couple weeks until I am sure you aren’t a dangerous criminal or someone I won’t be able to trust in my house.
