Two large private rooms available (one room available now, another room available March 12): rent is $800 /month for each room, deposit $800 (unfurnished, or furnished with a desk, chair, and sidetable), Shared bathroom with 2 other person (total of 3 person sharing an upstair bathroom). There is another half bathroom available downstairs. Rent includes all utilities (turning on A/C and heater will be split). Very easy street parking.

Must be easy going, quiet, clean, and responsible. Working professional or student preferred. Preferred light cooking only.
