The house is located in a nice, quiet part of Long Beach near shopping areas, freeways, bus stops and Cal State Long Beach. The room is a primary with partially remodeled bathroom. Carpet and paint is less than a year old Has open common areas with lots of counter space in the kitchen. Rent includes utilities, internet, bi-weekly housekeeper, parking out front and use of all common areas and on-site laundry
Guests are welcome 2x during the weekdays until 10 pm. On weekends, 1 overnight guest is allowed either Friday or Saturday evenings.
I don’t do credit checks but I do run my own background checks and will need several references. Including landlords, people you’ve lived with, and work managers.

I am a busy professional who will be working 2 days a week from home and the other 3 days in the office. I also work some weekend hours outside of the house.There is an additional female living in the smaller room at the front of the house, who is a full time student and works part time
For the right tenant, I am open to having one cat but will require a small additional pet deposit. I also have a kitten and would need to make sure they get along. No dogs please.
The kind of tenant I’m looking for: Someone who either works full time or is in school full time. Someone who is respectful (of other people, their things, and the common areas), clean, mellow, busy, and a good communicator. We are 420 friendly at the house, and only smoke outside.
