Hello Future Roomies!!!

Our house is cozy, but roomy with lots of light, flowers and art and most importantly friendly and positive atmosphere! We have beautiful deck filled with flowers and sunlight, cozy furniture and nooks to hang out in the shade. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, near old down-town Sherwood with coffee shops, restaurants, public library and a bus stop.

The room is quite large with private half-bath. It’s been recently remodeled - new carpets and new paint - sparkling clean and fresh! Check with us if furnished or unfurnished room is available.

We are mostly working professionals and one semi-retired woman, the owner of the home. Looking for a good fit person to join our home. Appreciate cleanliness and positive attitude, someone mindful about sharing the space with others. We have a great mix of people in the house and looking for someone month-to-month to start with an option for a long-term. I t’s a large house with plenty of room where it doesn’t feel crowded. Extra two fridges in the garage!

House Rules - no major cooking, laundry or loud conversation in the living room between 9pm and 6am. If you like your TV loud at night, please use headphones.

This is a none-smoking house No partying Background check and Proof of Income to move in. Application fee/background check through Cozy or Zillow - $29
