Room is not currently furnished but will be furnished (bed, mattress, lamp stand table) before April 1st. This room will cost an additional $150 for all lease options ( see lease options at the end). Room 3: This is on the third floor. I and my spouse will be living in this room.

We are looking for someone that has a full-time job or a student who desires non-hostel type accommodation with a verifiable source of income (direct payment from dad/mom is acceptable). No parties are allowed under any circumstance. No overnight guests for more than 2 days. You must pass a credit and background check.
