West Arthur Avenue

My apartment comes with so many luxurious amenities such as in unit laundry, air conditioning, dishwasher, a patio, gym, a club room, a shareable outdoor area with grills, swings, and lounge chairs, and more. I already have most of the place furnished (besides the one, unoccupied bedroom). It costs about $1,200 a month but it’s definitely worth it. I’m looking for a roommate that is clean, organized, and doesn’t smoke. I don’t drink or go to bars/parties that much and would prefer a roommate that’s similar. I enjoy going out to explore the city, but also enjoy staying in and relaxing. I want to find someone that’s going to be my roommate and also my friend.
