A 55+ Community, Nice apartment on ground floor. Roommate must be 55 or older to rent here. Minimum is a one year lease, it may be 11 months. Current roommate has medical issues and is leaving. She chose the living room which is larger than the bedroom I am in, but she had tons more furniture so she chose it. Cox Cable TV and WiFi internet and a $70 shared AAA renters policy is paid separately from the rent. The community divides up the utilities between all the residents and the amount is due at beginning of month, same time as the rent, I’m told it may be $45 a person. It covers sewer, trash, gas, water and electric. NOTE: $200 deposit, not half rent. NO smoking, NO drunkeness, NO drugs, NO 420, NO drama, NO cats, (allergies), NO males overnight, No dogs, unless it is small, friendly, and NO fleas. But it is an additional $300 deposit for pet owners and an additional $30 a month rent for each pet. You get a free parking space IN THE COMMUNITY, NOT off street, and have option to pay $25 a month for a covered parking space. Application with background check run by the Management is $41.
