Greetings, This clean and confy bedrooom is available for one person needing a home in NY for up to 6 months. I work lots, don’t have kids. I have 3 kittens. They are very friendly and I clean often. They have a self cleaning Litter box so the apartment does not smell bad. What you see is what you get ✦ The location of this place is perfect, The entrance to the F subway is in the corner of the street. The E takes off from there 4 times during 7 am. All the buses stop on that same corner. It takes me 20 minutes to get to JFK on public transportation. Saint Johns University is about 15 min walking. La Guardia is 30 driving on peak hour. lots of stores around. very safe. Cunningham park is 1 mile from my place. ✦ 50 minite ride from here to Manhattan on the subway, 3o minutes on LIRR ✦There are 4 dryers and 4 washers, well-maintained and available for your use located in the building, Pay per load*. ✦ Cable and Internet are included in the rent. Electricity Usage for the month will be split in 2 only during Summer month. I cover all the bills from November to May. ✦ Shared Bathroom Shared Kitchen, You clean as you go, I would do the deep cleaning of kitchen and bathroom once a week. Just be mindful. This home is very clean and free of any insects. ✦Heat system is steam and is controlled by the building. There is AC Unit on the bedroom which you can control as you desire. ✦ There is a family with 2 children leaving right above me, and a lovely elder that leaves under me and might bang on the floor from time to time depending on her insulin level. I have no control but its nothing major or Toxic either and is usually during the day. Its just part of having people living under/above you. ✦ Non Negotiable:

I’m Daniela. I work full time and go to school. I have a hospitality background and love NYS. I live alone, but you might see my boyfriend around when I’m around. Love animals and a cozy peaceful home. If extremely open to having a roommate with a dog that is trained and we can tolerate cats. My cats are not even a year old so I feel this can be done.
