Tomahawk Trail South

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood off route 1 on Indian lake.

The house is in great condition, and the views of the lake are absolutely beautiful from most windows in the house. The ground level floor is a very large open common area that includes a living room, tv room, kitchen, and on site laundry. A female 25 year old working professional lives downstairs and the top floor is used by the owner of the house as (male in his 60s) who is usually at the house about one week a month if that. There is a large yard and direct access to the lake for swimming and play during the warmer months, amazing roads and trails for safe morning runs, or outdoor activities. We are open to accommodating more belongings and furniture in the common areas if need be, or if you have all of your own furniture we would be more than happy to move whats already provided in the room for you. Well behaved pets are negotiable. References encouraged. All utilities are included in rent.
