Rockbrook Drive

So my lease is coming to a end in April and my roommate is moving out. I don’t want to leave so looking to have a roommate move in it would be 2 bedrooms and own private bathroom on opposite side of Apt. there is a door that you can close and have your own suite with both rooms & bathroom. I don’t mind you putting a lock on that door for added security if you would like. As long as the common area’s stay clean we are golden don’t care how your room or side looks. I work 2 jobs and I do have a fully house broken dog named lucky he is very lovable and he is old. he has a huge cage but because he follows directions such as sit, lay down, go to the cage, & move his cage is always open unless he is in trouble. He does tear up ANYTHING I have had him over 5 years sense he was 5 weeks old so he is very acclimated to discipline. He is kid friendly currently live with my 2 soon to be 3 year old niece and they play fine when she wants to be bothered with him lol. 420 is ok in your room only if you choose but that side of the apt has never been smoked in. Tobacco is a no other than outside. Non tobacco smoker preferably but if so we may be able to work it out I don’t mind company either as long as it’s not frequent and very loooooong stays. I’m kind of a loner but at times I’m very sociable just depends on the mood. Your name would be added to the lease and any requirements of the complex u would have to meet as well to be added (app & admin fee) and also there will be a security deposit of1st months rent required at time of move in month lease would be required. There is a carport and garage included we will figure out who will park where once everything else is worked out. No additional pets due to lucky being house broken already.
