Hi everyone! My name is Tyler and I am looking for someone to rent out a room in my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment which is available now. It is located north of Anaheim, just few minutes away from Fullerton and Placentia. The rent is $850 a month plus utilities. Deposit and proof of income required. A little about me; I am clean, responsible, and courteous. I also have a cat who is friendly. I would ideally like to find a roommate similar to me and LGBT friendly would be great! Some amenities to the apartment include:
