About the room
About the Property: The room is massive (i.e. would probably fit two queen beds side-by-side with room to spare), with a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Central AC. Balcony connected to our apartment. The complex is gated (but gates are open during the day) and has a small gym and a pool. We have one carport and one parking permit for first-come, first-serve parking; finding a parking space hasn’t been hard. (If you are willing to mainly only use the parking permit, rent will be $1238). Utilities split between us. Can potentially move in earlier, depends on the current roommate situation. Prefer someone who can stay long-term.
About Me: Male, 25 years old, working full-time. I’m a bit of a homebody, but I’m down to go out and try new food places and be touristy lol. Trying to be more active, so if you’re looking for a workout buddy, hopefully I’m your guy! Or if you’re down for video/board games, I can contribute my Switch and some various board games I bought this past year!
Rules: Please keep common areas relatively organized/clean. Shoes off at the door. No smoking.
