About the room
A room available in a 3BR / 2Ba - starting mid to late March preferably (rent will be pro rated) or April 1, 2019. It would be a sublet with an option to renew the lease starting in September 1, 2019. Central heat and air, laundry in building, free street parking (always able to find a spot!)
I am so sad to leave this amazing place! I am seeking a female roommate to live with one other female in her mid-20s. She is a professional with a 9-5 job, respectful, clean, laid back, courteous, and hilarious. My other roommate is moving to South Dakota and someone will be taking over her lease.
No pets!
About the unit: Spacious living room, large kitchen. Fenced in back yard area, roof top access - building is a story higher than surrounding buildings. View of the skyline is amazing! Public transportation is very close with a bus stop right outside our apartment and the Irving Park brown Line stop is only an 8 minute walk.
The bedroom has its own attached bathroom and walk-in closet. It could fit a full and queen size bed. My full size will be for sale (very negotiable. I need to sell before moving). The bedroom is $750/month.
Security deposit is $595 and utilities are split evenly between the three roommates.
