Briarcliff Drive

We are looking for a male Christian roommate. You will have your own room and closet, with the option of using our queen-sized bed, dresser, and desk, or bringing your own. The house has boosted high-speed internet and cable tv with a 74-inch tv set. (The security is only $500. It was not an option on the drop-down menu. ) It is an older Folsom home, but recently remodeled with wood floors in the main living areas and new carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were also remodeled. We are three blocks from Trader Joe’s, Target, and Sprouts, near the intersection of Blue Ravine and East Bidwell. We have a bbq and eating area in the grassy backyard. We are also adjacent to a local park with tennis courts and large grassy areas. We have central heat and air. The house is quiet after ten unless we are all staying up. The lease is a month-to-month lease.
