I have a nice and cozy room available for rent in a 2 bedroom/2bath apartment. Room is furnished with a walk-in closet and an adjacent bathroom.You have access to a living room, kitchen, dining, and a patio. The unit has its own washer and dryer, so it is very convenient for you to do your laundry. You will have your own parking spot, free of extra charge. The only extra that will be added to your rent is the utilities which averages $75-$100 a month. This covers water, electricity, cable and wifi. Move in cost is: $1,350 ($1,150 rent + $200 security deposit).

This is a clean, green, and peaceful apartment complex with a gym, pool, BBQ and some lounging areas around it. If you are a nature-lover, you will appreciate this place as there are lots of plants and trees inside the complex. Living here is very convenient even if you don’t drive as it is only a block away from the Wilshire/Vermont train station as well as to the Vermont and Wilshire bus stops. Restaurants, coffeeshops, and stores such as Ralphs, Von’s, Seafood City, Walgreen’s and Rite Aid are all within a short walking distance. As far as driving is concerned, it is 10-15 minutes drive to downtown LA and very close to the 10 and 101 freeway.

One is the preferred number of tenant/occupant, but I can accept up to two. I am a single working mom with a son living with me. I would appreciate it if you are honest, respectful, and tidy type of person. Of course, you have to be able pay your rent on time and No to drugs and alcohol please!!!
