We have 1 room available in this 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in Ontario. The house has a full kitchen, huge refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a spacious living/dining room and a TV room with lounge sofas. The backyard has a pool and spa. There is also a patio with BBQ. In-house laundry. High speed Wi-Fi 1 Gig up/down. Garage has been made into a full gym. Access to all of this is included.

The upstairs bedroom is roughly 10 x 10 ft. SHARED bathroom with 1 other tenant (Female).

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I have installed a security system as well for extra safety. The house is a few minutes from the freeway. Close to all the surrounding malls such as The Ontario Mills, Shoppes, Victoria Gardens. Not far from colleges such as Chaffey, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, UCR etc.

Current residents are me (male), my fiancée (female), tenant (female). We have had both male and female roommates over the past 7 years, and can provide references if needed. We have 2 medium sized dogs as well. We are professionals and are at work most of the time. So its a quiet environment.

Rent is $850/month for the room and there is a $500 refundable deposit. 1 person per room. Utilities are included, professional pool & landscaping included. House is professionally cleaned once a month. Background check, credit check and proof of employment required.
