• 1st floor shared, 2 floor private. 1st floor:
• living room, hallway, bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, bar, pool, outside areas.
• 1 parking for a regular car.

Included in rent:

• Everything included. Electric, Water, Sewer, Access to kitchen, kitchen tools, detergents etc, laundry machines, Parking 1 normal car.

Desired Renter(s):

• Working professional, preferred time: 7,8,9-5. No home office.
• Age 24-38: Female and Male.
• No Pets.
• No smoking (as well as outside) and No Drugs.
• Clean and like to keep it nice, tidy and classy.
• Criminal Background: Will do Criminal Background check and credit check. You need to pass criminal background check and your personality and person fit the description in this listing.
• Payment: monthly rent paid before each month starting. Agreement/contract will be made.
