Looking for one roommate for furnished (can be unfurnished) room with own bathroom. Access to laundry and light kitchen use. On street parking available. No drugs, alcohol or smoking of any kind inside or out. No overnight guests. No pets. Must pass background, credit and reference check. Must have verifiable income and work or go to school outside the home. No drama and peaceful environment. I do have two miniature schnauzers, crated at night so must be pet friendly.
