Private furnished bedroom with a bathroom in a 2 bedroom condo on communications hill. 5 mins to hwy 87/85, 10 mins from SJ downtown, 12 mins from SJC, 45 mins from SFO. Walking trails all over the neighborhood with the view of the city and the giant stairwell everyone loves to exercise on.

You have full access to the living/dining area, tv, and kitchen, and there’s a 1/2 bath downstairs. There’s a balcony on the living room side and a patio on the kitchen side.

You get a parking pass to park in permit parking. We have a garage for storage if you need to store anything. Community has a private outdoor pool and a hot tub. Washer and dryer in unit. Utilities and WiFi included and I have a maid service clean the whole place every other week.

About me: I am a 35 yo professional female and my 6 year old son stays with me half the time. On my weeks off parenting I often travel or sometimes host friends over. Fun neighbors-all young professionals here and we sometimes get together for block bbqs.

You: a responsible employed professional who doesn’t smoke/vape, nor rec drugs. Clean after yourself. Background check.

I have a cat and can take in one dog that’s friendly to cats and children and not destructive to property. Sorry no other cats. And no other children or couples.

$1500 deposit, rent is $1500 if monthly term or $1450 6-month lease or $1350 for 1-year lease term. Pet deposit $1500. Only real inquiries who are ready to meet in person please.
