South Warren Avenue

We are a couple looking to get a roommate(s) in our three bedroom one bath house. We have cats and a ferret and would consider roomates pet. It is a smoking house. Willing to accomodate special needs for roommate. Rent is $400/mo and that includes utilities. A $50 deposit is required as well. We just ask that food and toiletries would need to be contributed to by both parties. There is ample off street parking as well as street parking. House is secure and has multiple different locks for front and back door. House would be free to roam, cook or settle into just as we would.
