Poinsettia Drive

We are looking for someone to rent out our downstairs room. We are located in the gated community, Canyon Hills area next to Menifee/Canyon Lake. It is the only room downstairs; the rest of the rooms are upstairs. The bathroom is right next to the room and will only be available to you. You will have access and space in kitchen.

The upstairs is occupied by a single family and a dog. The community is nice and quiet. There is pool, playground and dog park. We are walking distance from Starbucks and StaterBros and other stores. There is plenty of parking on the street around the house.
