I am planning to move and am looking for someone to take my place around May 1 (flexible date). My room is the master bedroom of a 2BR / 2BA + den apartment in the Crystal City Lofts (Arlington). It’s a great complex with amenities including a gym, computer/business room, movie room, and entertainment room with pool table and is next to Long Bridge Park. (https://parks.arlingtonva.us/locations/long-bridge-park/), which is great for walking/running, sports, and views of the Washington Monument. The rent for this room (including utilities, cable, and internet) is $1,260.00 per month.

The unfurnished bedroom is spacious and has a large closet and a private bathroom. One roommate occupies the other bedroom, and the other roommate occupies the den as a converted bedroom. The common area / living room is furnished. Washer/dryer conveniently located in the apartment.

Indoor parking spot is an additional $100 per month.

The apartment complex is walking distance to Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Pentagon metro stations. It is only a few blocks away from Pentagon City shopping center, and there are many great dining options nearby on Crystal Dr and 23rd St. Whole Foods is a quick 5-minute walk. Studios and 1BR apartments in this area are much higher and will likely go up even more as Amazon moves into the area, so take advantage while this is available.

No security deposit is required, but a $60 dollar application fee is applicable before moving in, and there is a fee for changing the lease, but we can negotiate the amount.
