Well Street

I own a duplex and live upstairs in the 2 bed unit with my cousin who is retired. My sister is moving here from southern TN. She will be sleeping in the downstairs unit which has 3 bedrooms, but spending her time upstairs with me. That leaves two bedrooms and the rest of the 1200 sq ft unit basically empty. I want to rent a room for $400 a month to a single female. Or rent 2 rooms to a single mother and child or two female adults for $600 a month. All utilities are included. Cable is available, but not included.
