looking for someone to rent out ASAP my second room in my lovely apartment! It has the pond view that you see the picture of. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath brand new fully renovated. Has microwave, dish washer, oven, fridge, sink, a garbage disposal and a in unit washer and dryer. There’s a balcony and a pool right across the street from the building. The community is very small only 7 buildings so there’s not a lot of people at all. Rent is too expensive for me to keep paying myself. I have one cat myself. Pets are allowed you’ll just have to pay the apartments pet deposit and then the $25 a month pet rent. Please if you’re interested don’t hesitate to message me ! Your rent would be flat rate and all utilities and everything including WiFi would be included all in the price.

I’m very chill and young I’m 19. Just looking for a good roomate. I cover the place myself right now. I don’t really talk to any of my neighbors lol. I stick to myself and play video games and have a cat.
