We are an mid 50s couple with a large room for rent in our home on 2nd floor. Private half bath. Shower/Tub in shared bath. Large walk in closet. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. All utilities are included. No cable, plenty of wifi. Washer and dryer in basement. Nice screened in porch in back with fenced in yard. Minutes from route 495 exit 20 in Milford.
