Hi! I have just bought my first new home and looking to rent some space - the entire upstairs would be mostly available unless I have friends and family visiting on rare occasions. The upstairs consists of your room, two extra rooms, a loft space and a bathroom that would again only be shared in the case of guests. There is a large, fenced in back-yard.
