About the room
Hey All
We have a room for rent in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment available now. The apartment is located in Crown Point area right in front of Mission Bay. One parking spot that we all share based on schedules, but street parking is fairly easy in this area. W/D in unit. (Huge plus!) Small outside storage area.
We are two females in our late twenties. We are looking for either a professional male or female between twenty-two and thirty-five. We would love a clean, respectful individual that wouldn’t mind hanging every once in a while! Similarly, we keep it low key during the week and like to go out on the weekends. Your room is unfurnished and you would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate.This doesn’t include SDGE/cable/internet. Which can range from 60-100 a month.
Although we love them, no pets are allowed.
