Montgomery Avenue

I love living in this location, just moved from out of state and the home is too big for me. Walking distance to the train station so an easy commute into the city. I am flexible with rent and the security deposit. Would like to get someone in as soon as possible because it sure does get lonely and I would love to check out the local area. I work from home with a little dog (friendly with dogs and cats) and also am a sign language interpreter. If I find a roommate that wants to join me at the gym, Planet Fitness, more than welcome to join me. A/C, Washer and Dryer are in unit, beautiful updated property with fireplace and fenced in backyard.
