Hey hun. My name is Kim. I’m looking for a roomate and friend. To move in with me. Me and my best friend shared the apt but she lost her job and couldn’t stay any longer. I’m 33 yrs old female. I do smoke but in the process of quitting I switched to e cigs. I’m looking for 600 a month ultities are included There’s Wi-Fi, 2 extra tv’s in the apt Ur welcome to use. I’m very tidy and like to clean. I feel like my worlds upside down if the apt is messy. Once in a while is fine but I like to have things orderly. I don’t mind sharing. I also have a land line of ever u need to use it. A.c., heat,water etc is all included. I’m asking for600 a month. I work full-time sometimes my hours differ sometimes I go into work for 3p other times 11a and then occasionally 3rd shift. So you would have the apt to urself. I’m single and not lookiny so you would never see a guy here for me. But I don’t mind if you have guests over. A guest can stay over 3 nights a week. I’m very laid back. I’m respectful and I expect the same in return. The apt is located on delevan st between Jones and Nichol. The student center is a 10 min walk and also the library there’s bus stops all over. And I drive do if ur ever in need to go somewhere I don’t mind driving you.also there is a washer and dryer in the basement Its coined operated. Its no big deal to me. Hope to hear from you soon. I apologize in some of the pictures of the boxes, my old roommate is still in the process of moving out, She will have everything that’s boxed up by Feb 1st. So don’t think I live out of boxes lol.
