Mississippi Street

I have an apartment off of University Ave in North Park. It’s a two bedroom one bathroom on the second floor. I’m looking for a new roommate to renew the lease in August. We have one designated parking spot that my friend and I switch off having every two weeks. There is street sweeping which can be annoying to find parking but I can point out the best spots that I have good luck finding parking in. It’s in a sweet spot in between North Park and Hillcrest. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Down the street from the Lafayette Hotel. I’m updating the photos as I start bringing in more of my stuff while my current roommate moves her stuff out. The first picture is all my recent finds for the apartment! It may not be a completely furnished space so I’m excited to add details with ya!

I’m 27 and have a sweet, very vocal orange cat named Owen. I love crocheting, Pixar movies, and thrifting. I work in Balboa Park, and I’m often out with friends or visiting family in the Inland Empire. I also enjoy walking to my favorite spots in North Park. There are so many great restaurants within a ten-minute walk from the apartment, you really can’t go wrong. Looking for someone that will be here for the one year lease, preferably no pets but another cat is okay.
