I am currently looking for another professional roommate to fill a bedroom in my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment in Chesterfield starting March 1st. I am looking for a short term situation for about 6 months or less if you need. It has been freshly painted and in perfect condition. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom to yourself with full privileges to the kitchen and living area! It’s in a prime quiet neighborhood with a lot of ammenties including a gym, pool, and recreational areas.

The price includes all utilities $700/month flat rent including all utilities, internet, and wash/dryer for your share.

I am a big outdoorsman and enjoy time with my family. I am incredibly laid back and looking to share this apartment with another relaxed and clean professional.
