This house is in the absolute best location if you spend a lot of time outdoors or need to access the highway for work, it’s located two blocks from 215 interstate access and just minutes from Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon. There is a HUGE back yard and front yard and dogs are welcome! There is a $15 monthly fee if you have a dog, but all utilities are included in the rent. This house is walking distance to Whole Foods, Dan’s Fresh Market, gas stations, and a State Liquor Store. It is also less than a mile from Trader Joes, Target, Home Depot and many restaurants. I would love to continue living in this house, but I am moving for school. The two roommates are super rad girls that are between 26-29y/o and both are outdoorsy. We all climb, ski or snowboard, and love hiking. The lease goes until the end of June and you will have the option of a longer stay if you want. There is a huge garage for storage and I’m currently using it as a wood workshop. The deposit was $500 split between three so it will only be $166.67 which is the cheapest deposit I have ever paid and is all refundable. I climb at Momentum Millcreek and it takes me less than 10 minutes to get there so this location makes all Salt Lake areas super accessible.
