Seaman Avenue

I’m subletting one bedroom with all utilities included in a wonderful area in Inwood. I’m looking for someone to stay at least 6 months or longer. You will be sharing the apartment with a male roommate

I can’t say enough about this area, you will be 1 block from Seaman Park, 3 blocks from all buses and 5 min walk to 1 train. Lots of food places/ cafes/ bars / restaurants and lots of entertainment. Farmers market every Saturday 2 blocks away. Pharmacy and supermarket also within 2 blocks, this is a really friendly and safe area.

The room has a closet, a twin bed and lots of shelves space. You will have access to the kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge) and the bathroom is next to the room.

I’m asking $175 per week and the utilities that are included are cable, internet, electric, heat and hot water so you don’t have to pay anything extra.

No smoking, alcohol, drugs or overnight guest stay is allowed - No exceptions You have to be clean and respectful.

Room is available immediately and you will need first month rent and security deposit ($700 + $700 = $1,400) to move in. Employer and income verification will be requested.
