The room has TV. There is one parking available in the yard plus so many available street parking spots. This is a month to month lease. The Brisbane area is a very safe and quiet area. The location is super convenient as it is near all grocery stores, Bank of America, liqueur store, restaurants, mail office, pool, dentist, Mad house coffee, and more importantly close to all bio-techs in south SF. The Neighborhood Brisbane is an amazing community with wonderful people, a great outdoor heated pool, breathtaking views of San Francisco and an abundant amount of nature with outstanding water view hiking trails 5 min walk from our home. There are several restaurants available. Getting Around Should you rent a car, you can park in front or anywhere on the street other ways to get around are Uber/Lyft (an app you can download on your Smartphone).
